●The printing platform is made of imported aluminum alloy material, the surface is hard anodized, and the strong vacuum adsorption and vacuum breaking function are used to prevent the products from shifting during the printing process and the static electricity of the products after printing affects the transportation.

●The printing area adopts CCD alignment platform, our own CCD vision system and industrial computer, and uses 4 digital cameras to capture the mark position to achieve precise alignment function.

●The printing pressure adopts the digital constant pressure control method, which can be directly set and displayed digitally on the touch screen, which is intuitive and efficient, ensuring the uniformity of the printing film thickness.

●The screen plate adopts a fixed size to facilitate disassembly and assembly, and cooperates with mechanical and pneumatic locking functions to ensure that there is no displacement during printing, so as to meet the printing accuracy requirements.

●Efficient ion static eliminators are installed in the printing area and winding parts to eliminate the unfavorable factors caused by static electricity when printing, winding and changing products.

●The unwinding and rewinding system adopts the EPC automatic correction system, which effectively guarantees the straightness of the material during conveying, improves the alignment speed of the CCD vision system, and also guarantees the neatness of the material during the rewinding, which is a good foundation for the next production process. The unwinding, printing, conveying, drying and rewinding unit adopts a constant tension control system, which effectively reduces the impact of expansion and contraction on FPC products during RTR printing production.

●System intelligence: The parameters set during the production of the product material number can be saved, and when the same material number is subsequently reproduced, it can be directly recalled or saved or used by scanning the QR code. By connecting to the MES system, intelligent manufacturing management is gradually realized.

●The whole machine can be equipped with a multi-level authority password management system, which can open the operating authority according to the actual situation of the company to avoid misoperation by irrelevant operators.

●The whole machine has multiple safety protection devices to improve the safety performance of the whole machine.
