Pre-Sales Service

1. Consultation of screen printing techniques is welcome;

2. Specification and requirements will be discussed, such as substrate material, sizes, thickness, preferred options and any special requirments, etc.

3. Proposal of screen printing machine will be offered after initial technical discusions were done.

4. Product proofing can be processing in VILITY clean sample room.

5. Satisfied with printed effect, confirming proposal.

Production Process

1. Receiving PO, engineer make drawing.

2. Confirming everything is ok, start production.

3. Quality of each parts are under strick control by QC.

4. Before shipment, finished machine will be testing well.

5. Delivery on time, all machines are packaged by polywood case.
