VILITY Automatic CCD Alignment Screen Printing Line is an integrated production solution designed for high-precision automated printing on sheet materials. The line combines automatic sheet loading, CCD vision alignment, precision screen printing, tunnel drying and automatic unloading into one continuous production workflow.
The system is suitable for materials including PC, PMMA, composite boards and other sheet substrates from 0.1–3 mm thickness. The CCD vision system automatically detects the printing reference position and performs precise alignment before printing, with alignment accuracy of up to ±0.03 mm.
Complete Automated Production Process
Trolley Loading → Automatic Sheet Feeding → CCD Alignment → Screen Printing → Tunnel Drying & Cooling → Automatic Unloading → Stacking
The loading manipulator uses a servo-driven system with vacuum suction cups to pick individual sheets from the material trolley and transfer them to the printing unit. After printing, another manipulator transfers the sheets into the tunnel furnace for controlled heating and cooling before automatic stacking at the unloading station.
