A fast-drying tunnel oven is a continuous drying system designed for the rapid curing of ink after screen printing. The workpiece is carried through the heating zone by a conveyor belt, where hot air or infrared radiation accelerates solvent evaporation or initiates chemical crosslinking, achieving a fully cured ink film in a short time. This equipment features adjustable temperature zones, variable conveyor speed, and efficient exhaust systems to ensure consistent drying results for various ink types (solvent-based, water-based). It is widely used in screen printing production lines for high-volume, continuous operation.

- Each 2-meter section features independent heating and a temperature zone self-check function (testing at three points: left, center, and right).
