The printing platen is equipped with servo-driven X, Y, and θ axes. Paired with a dual-lens CCD visual positioning system, it enables high-speed, high-precision positioning calculations (±0.005 mm) for superior alignment accuracy.
The CCD system's movement is powered by a linear motor, ensuring excellent repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.005 mm.
The CCD system is fitted with a TFT-LCD monitor for clear visual feedback.
All axes are configured with precision linear motion guides and ball screws to guarantee stable and accurate operation.
Optional dust-removing roller and built-in electrostatic eliminator are available, effectively ensuring dust-free printing and enhancing overall print quality.
