Product Features:
Anti-scratch loading unit. It can piece by piece transfered to the position of loading manipulator, manually put piece of material on the conveyor belt, the belt transfer it to loading platform, in this way, it can prevent material from stacking together in case of scratching, it's specially suitable for acrylic and glossy surface material. Alternatively, customer also can put a stack of material on the loading platform if there's no needs to protect the material surface, this is full automatic mode.
Non-mark Suck nozzles. When they sucks material and takes to printing table, after releasing material, there's no mark on the material, some material might need this requirement.
Vacuum printing table. There are many small holes on the printing table, its function is fix the material when process printing, it help improve the precise printing.
CCD visual alignment system. There are two lens underneath printing table, the system captures the target mark on the material through CCD camera, printing table is rotated to positioning, highly and accurately printing.
