PVC/PET/conductive film/film and other materials are flat, no bending deformation and other materials are automatically loaded and unloaded.
Machine Features:
1. There is a glass window on the table, the card edge camera takes pictures from bottom to top, and the field of view of the card edge (customized) can be automatically adjusted according to the size of the material.
2. CCD positioning automatically calculates the spatial position of the material and the screen based on the Mark points on the material, and instructs the motor to control the adjustment platform X, Y, θ to rotate and automatically position and print.
3. The horizontal sliding seat is made of integral cast aluminum, which is light and jitter-free.
4. The screen clamping frame adopts pneumatic automatic clamping design, which is easy to operate.
5. The printing adopts Panasonic servo motor, matched with linear guide rail, fast and stable, precise positioning.
6. Man-machine interface control + push button switch, can set various functions and parameters, easy to operate.
7. Safety pressure plate, photoelectric switch, emergency stop button, thorough safety protection.
