Features:
Upgraded Precision : three servo motors are equipped to control table X-Y-θ axis adjustments, by CCD visual system to judge stroke of table adjustment. CCD automatically calculates the spatial position of the material and the screen based on the mark point on the material, and instructs the motor to control the adjustment platform X-Y-θ axis to rotate and automatically position and print. CCD positioning accuracy is within 2µm and printing accuracy is within 5µm .
Uniform thickness of printed layer : guide rail cylinders are equipped for squeegee / flood coater to enhance precision and smoothness of up down motionLet equalized air pressure to be presented completely on substrate, and achieve very uniform thickness of printed layer.
