The complete production line consists of an unwinding unit, a rewinding unit, a CCD alignment platform, and two punching heads. The dual-head automatic punching system operates at 3–4 times the efficiency of a standard single-head automatic puncher. With fully automated positioning and punching, overall productivity is significantly enhanced. The CCD alignment ensures high-speed, high-precision punching.
The machine integrates mechanical and pneumatic mechanisms, delivering stable performance and substantially increased punching force.
