Main Features

1. This Automatic Roll to Roll Printing line is composed of an unwinder, a printing unit and a hot air dryer with rewinder.

2. The unwinding machine is equipped with dust removal rollers, automatically process dust removal before printing. 

3. The printing unit adopts high-end aluminum vacuum printing table with microholes, the purpose of fixing substrate in position to ensure printing accuracy.

4. CCD visual registering system, camera underneath the printing table can fastly capture the marks on product, then printing table automatically rotate to calibrate, it achieves high precision color registration for overprinting .

5. Equipped with alarm system and safety grating , it will automatically alarm when material run out as well as people close to the safety grating.

6. High productivity, production capacity equal to six sets of semi-automatic screen printing machine.
