Product Features:
1. It is equipped with film-tearing unit, automatically tear film from product and then automatically loading
2. Before ccd camera alignment it will start initial positioning and improve the position of placing product on the printing table.
3. Printing table adopts aluminum substrate with micro holes, after releasing material through suck nozzles, material will be fixed on the printing table by vacuum, then CCD camera reads the marks and process second high precise alignment.
4. Printing table will be automatically rotate to adjust the error after ccd camera capture the marks to ensure the printing accuracy within 0.05mm.
5. Ball screw rod and linear guide rail were HIWIN brand imported from Taiwan, stable and runs lightly and without jitter.
6. Both sides of the printing table, it is equipped with safty grating, once people get close to the dangerous area, it alarms and machine will be stopped to ensure people safety.
7.Controller adpots human-manchine interface, touch screen operation, a serious of parameters setting, easy to operate.
