This automatic screen printer is used for printing solar panel, car dashboard, instrument panel, shift display panel, automotive speedometer, automotive touch panel, guided light panel, graphic overlay, film and mobile phone panel, membrane switches, and so on.

Screen Printer Features
1. Manipulator suck nozzles suck material and automatically feed it to printing table by linear guide,then table vacuum (1.0mm vacuum hole) automatically fix material, registering with 2-4 sets CCD camera (registering finished within 1 second).
2. CCD camera hunt the marks and feedback to control system. If location deviates, X/Y/Y servo driver system starts to rotate table to correct location.
3.After printing, manipulator takes printed material by linear guide from table to the importer of dryer
4. Japan made servo motor control printer: linear guide / HMI setting speed and stroke of printing and cover ink speed / manual setting squeegee & scarper depth - angle vertical angle work with digital constant pressure device for constant printing pressure.
5. This machine can be equiped with anti-static roller and dust cleaning roller.
