Feature:
1.The cross slide is made of an integral aluminum structure, able to move slightly without jitter.
2.The screen frame is designed to be clamped by air automatically, convenient to operate.
3.The printing process is driven by Panasonic servo motor and guided via a linear rail, being rapid and smooth with high positioning accuracy.
4.HMI + button switches allow multiple functions and parameters to be set and convenient operation.
5.Safe press plate, optoelectronic switch and emergency button provide thorough safety protection.
6.Printing is performed automatically via CCD positioning and the CCD field of view is adjustable as per material dimension.
7.CCD automatically calculates the spatial positions of the material and the screen according to the Mark points on the material and then commands X, Y and θ of the motor motion control and adjusting platform to rotate for automatic positioning printing.
8.The manipulator picks up a whole stack of materials and automatically separate materials, remove dust from materials and load materials onto the machine for aligning printing.
9.The manipulator is capable of separating materials with thickness from 0.08 mm to 2.0 mm. The manipulator loads materials from left to right.
10.The manipulator separate a materials by releasing half of the material first and then shaking the whole material after the static electricity is removed and detects multiple materials after separation.
11. Customizable dimensions are available upon request of customers to satisfy different requirements of use.
