Applicable Scope
This automatic sheet by sheet edge-alignment silk screen printing machine is suitable for PC composite board, Acrylic sheet, PCB circuit board, membrane switch and other thick sheet substrate.
Screen Press Features
1. Uniform thickness of printed layer : guide rail cylinders are equipped for squeegee / flood coater to enhance precision and smoothness of up & down motionLet equalized air pressure to be presented completely on substrate, and achieve very uniform thickness of printed layer.
2. Servo motor direct driven : low malfunction, solid printing torque, complete digital control, full stroke extreme stable speed motion.
3. Equalized pressure control : Adopted digital pressure equalizing system for squeegee / flood coater Air pressure can be preset (3~62 kgf) through touch screen panel.
4. Safety Protection : error diagnosis in chain circuit, error displaying, single button to restore machine from safety loop, protective light barrier, E-stop switch, alarm light and so on for comprehensive safety protection.
