It can realize the unmanned production of the whole line, automatic film-tearing, automatic CCD alignment screen printing, automatic multilayer rack unloading.
It is a feasible solution that for those acrylic sheets, composite boards and other sheets products need anti-scratch requirements, the whole process is without material stacking to achieve anti-scratch purpose.
Fully automatic screen printing line its productivity is 2-3 times than semi-automatic machine, highly improves production capacity and save labors, 1 people can supervise 2-3 lines.
