Application
The Automatic CCD Registration Screen Printing Machine is designed for high-precision printing on sheet materials such as PET, PC, PVC, and other functional films. Equipped with a CCD vision alignment system and servo-driven printing mechanism, the machine ensures excellent registration accuracy and stable printing performance for industrial applications including membrane switches, graphic overlays, nameplates, and control panels.

1. High precision servo printing system.
The printing head is driven directly by a Panasonic servo motor, ensuring smooth motion, high response speed, and excellent printing stability.
2. Adjustable printing system
Multiple printing parameters such as squeegee angle, pressure, peel-off height, and off-contact distance can be easily adjusted to optimize printing performance for different materials.
3. Anti-drip printing head design
The print head swivel function (±15°) prevents ink dripping and improves printing cleanliness and efficiency.
4. Stable screen lifting system
The screen frame up and down movement is controlled by a reducer motor, providing stable and reliable operation during continuous production.
5. High repeatability
The machine achieves ±0.05 mm repeatability, ensuring consistent printing accuracy for demanding industrial applications.
