Applicable Scope
Roll to roll screen printing machine is applied for heart transfer labels and stickers, automotive panel, appliance panel, membrane switches, IMD, IML, flexible printed electronics, RFID, graphic overlays, nameplates and non-woven fabric and other roll form substrates.
Screen Press Features
1. User-friendly PC based control combined with touch screen monitor for maximum operational convenience.
2. X, Y, θ - axis on the printing platen is driven by a servo system. Double-lenses CCD visual printing positioning control system features high speed, high precision positioning calculation (±0.005 mm), assuring superior positioning accuracy.
3. CCD system travel employs a linear motor drive for outstanding repetitive positioning accuracy of ±0.005 mm.
4. The CCD system utilizes a TFT-LCD monitor.
5. Precision linear motion guides and ball screws on all axis.
6. Equipped with a dust removing roller(optional) and electrostatic remover to ensure dust-free printing and high.
