Fully-auto CCD Guide Hole Punching Machine

Application:

Membrane switch, conductive film, IMD/IML/PET/PVC film, FPC flexible board, label, sticker, PC, panel, aluminum plate, aluminum substrate, Car nameplate,etc sheet materials.

Machine parameters:

Loading, punching, unloading processing:

1.  Material preparation and adjustment.

2.  Feeding manipulator feeding material.

3. Punching machine moves its manipulator loading, punching and unloading.

4. Unloading manipulator unload material.

Machine features:

1. A stack of materials, the most surface material is sucked up by the suction cup through the manipulator and placed in the area to be punched;

2. The table top manipulator senses the material, aligns the material to be punched by the cylinder, and pushes it to the chuck of the standby feeding manipulator;

3. The manipulator passes the pre-input path of the positioning hole, moves according to the path, and sends each hole into the CCD scanning range;

4. In the CCD scanning and capturing range, the CCD will send the adjustment error to the lower workpiece sleeve X1, Y1 to move and perform positioning and punching.

5 After the punching is completed, send the punched material to the area to be collected, and the induction switch will activate the collecting manipulator to suck the finished material onto the collecting rack.

6. Reclaiming-clamping-upper and lower double stations work in parallel with punching-discharging to realize continuous and non-stop work of the punching mechanism.

7. The speed is only limited by the reaction time and movement time of the punching mechanism. It does not require the participation of manpower during the work process, and fully automatic punching is realized.
