The CCD system is a high-performance visual impression alignment system, that is, the CCD alignment system.


Principle: Use industrial camera to capture Mark points (circle, four corners, +), image processing and calculation, and establish the coordinate f (X.Y.θ) function relationship between the Mark point position, the target object position, and the direction of the movement path. High-precision positioning: using our independently developed edge jacket recognition engine (Engine jacket) algorithm, it can achieve sub-pixel fast and high-precision positioning (±2μm).


System capacity scalability: According to the needs of the application, it can correspond to a real-time positioning system composed of up to 8 cameras.


Camera installation position: We use Automatic learning algorithm, no matter how the camera installation direction, orientation, tilt angle, field of view, etc. change, the system can automatically detect the camera position through learning.
