Common problems are as follows:
1 Holes are not penetrated: Insufficient air pressure, blockage of the lower mold, damage to the mold or loosening of the screw on the mold rod.
2) Insufficient air pressure: open the air valve of the filter bottle to a line with the air outlet as the maximum value. Not enough, the additional air pressure needs to be increased.
3) Scrap blocks the lower mold: insufficient air blowing. Remove the mold, clean up the waste material in the waste outlet, flexible air pipe, and lower mold, and realign the lower mold. Adjust the muffler (the lower end of the air relay on the terminal block) to an appropriate amount to increase the air pressure.
4) Mold damage: re-pair or replace the mold.
5) Check whether the screw for locking the die rod is loose or not. If it is loose, align the inner hole of the rod and lock it tightly.
6) Punching deviation: If there is deviation during punching, you should immediately correct the center to see if the waiting position of the XY platform in the machine parameters is the data specified in the operation details, if not, perform correction and reset.
7) There is abnormal sound when punching: When the punching machine has abnormal metal friction sound, then the administrator must apply lubricating oil to the movement and friction of the punching machine connecting rod.
8) The material has indentation when punching: 1. The pressing distance of the pressing plate is adjusted to a moderate degree, not the tighter the material, the better. 2. Change the return rubber head to a lower one.
9) The body trembles when punching holes: Check whether the four corners are flat, and adjust them to be consistent if they are not flat.
10) Hole puncher display screen: check whether the signal line is in poor contact and whether there is other signal interference
