2. Alignment timeout/alignment failure alarm: In this case, it may be the lack of the material MARK point or the failure of the search point due to the problem of the light source, or the material is sent off the position, cancel the alarm, and press start to restart.
3. Material shortage alarm: At this time, it means that the feeding platform is out of material. At this time, you can stack the materials neatly, put them on the platform, and press the start button to run.
4. Safety grating alarm: In this case, something touches the safety grating during the movement of the motor, which causes the equipment to stop running. At this time, just cancel the alarm and press the start button to restart.
5. The abnormality that cannot be raised or lowered in semi-automatic or automatic mode: At this time, you can press the working position button, and the abnormality can be removed after the equipment returns to the working position.
6. Feeding negative pressure alarm: it means that the feeding has failed. At this time, please click the "back to work position" button to restart the feeding.
7. Feeding servo alarm: At this time, it means that the unloading motor of the manipulator is abnormal. Please check the servo drive and clear the alarm abnormality after power off.
8. Feeding hazard/receiving hazard: This situation means that the screen printing machine has not risen to a safe position, causing the manipulator to not move normally. Please check whether the two limit switches at the rear of the screen printing machine are normally lit in red. If they are not lit, it means the limit Please check if the position switch is abnormal.
9. Inverter alarm: it means that the lift is abnormal, and the inverter alarms abnormally. Please check the alarm code of the inverter and check whether the lifting link and the guide rail are stuck or not. The alarm can only be cleared by power failure.
