Today, customer who was from Slovakia comes to Vility to check the machines before we shipping out. Everything confirms ok, except customer has a little extra requirement need to help them modify, customer is satisfied with their machine, expecting second order.
This printing line was customized according to customer's product feature and their requirments, some of their products have film protected, so basing on the preferential offer, we designed loading platform which can achieve 2 functions. One was for those products without film protected, then can be stack by stack loading to realize full automatic processing. Second was for film protected products, to avoid product will be scratched if stacked together, customer can manually film-tearing piece by piece and put it onto the conveyor belt of loader, it will be transfered to the loading center, then automatically feeding.
The feature of this machine is, it was designed upper ccd camera, cause upper camera not only can recognize the mark on the transparent material but also on the opaque material, especially designed for opoque material which needs high precise printing. Acutally the printing accuracy is as the same as underneath camera, both printing precision is 0.05mm.
