According to the Greek government plan, all people on these islands will be vaccinated, which means that vaccination is not restricted by age groups. In the first phase, inoculation will be carried out on 40 small islands with a total of less than 1,000 permanent residents, such as the island of Kastelorizo in the East Aegean.

The Secretary-General of the Greek Ministry of Health in charge of primary health care Simistolos said that according to the plan, by the end of April, all residents of other islands, except for the large islands, will be vaccinated against the new crown.
