The material can not be punched completely?
- The depth is not enough
- The air pressure is not enough
- The punches is not installed well
Solution: Punch a paper to see if it can be punched completely, if the punching is impossible, the reason is the punch is not installed well.
If the punching is possible, enter machine parameter, modify "drill delay" value to 150, if still not work, need to increase the depth.
The punches hits the machine and has noise
Check if there has something inside the machine and block the movement
Enter machine parameter and click "home" button to check where is the punch located, if there has a distance between the plate, click the up-down-left-right button to make the punch reach the maximum and hit the machine, then open the plate by the side of left of the machine, find out the two sensors, X-Y axis, adjust the small metal.
After adjustment, click "go home"button to reset the machine, until the black shadow disappeared.
What is the camera field range & punch movable range?
The camera field range is 13*10mm, and the punch head and punch base movable range is front & back is 23mm, left & right is 13mm.
