1. Flat screen printing machine. The flat screen is used to print on a flat substrate. Generally, the squeegee is pressed horizontally by the squeegee, and the substrate is replaced by the plate.

2. Curved screen printing machine. The flat screen plate is used to print on the round substrate, generally the squeegee is fixed, the plate moves horizontally, and the substrate rotates with the line speed of the plate.

3. Rotary screen printing machine. Using a cylindrical screen plate, the inside of the barrel is provided with a wedge-shaped squeegee or a squeegee roller, and the plate rotation and the substrate move at the same linear velocity.

4. Electrostatic screen printing machine. Using a conductive stainless steel screen plate, the electrostatic ink between the positive and negative electrode plates drives the ink through the plate through-hole portion to the surface of the substrate, which is pressureless printing. The shape of the machine varies from substrate to substrate, but generally includes the substrate input portion, the printed portion, the ink-fixed portion, and the substrate-collecting portion. The printing part is composed of a screen printing plate, an electrode plate and a high voltage generating device.

5. Electrostatic screen printing: Electrostatic screen printing is a method of transferring ink from a screen printing surface to a printing surface by electrostatic attraction. This is a non-contact printing method, which uses a conductive metal wire mesh to make a printing plate. , connected to the positive pole of the high voltage power supply; the negative electrode is a metal plate parallel to the printing plate; the substrate is between two stages. During printing, the toner on the plate passes through the mesh with a positive charge, is attracted by a negative charge, is scattered on the printing surface, and is fixed by heating or the like to form an imprint. This method is mainly used for printing on high temperature substrates, such as steel sheets.
