2.Scope Of Application:

This machine is suitable for non-woven fabrics, 99% melt-blown non-woven fabrics in the middle, and non-stick non-woven fabric outer layer. 


Process: 


1.First shape the outer layer of non-woven fabric for heat treatment, melt-blown and non-woven fabric together to make a sheath.

2.Three to five layers plus welding together to cut the edge.

3.Welding ear belt, welding nose line and other processes. 


The whole machine from the raw material feeding to the insertion of the nose line, edge banding, and cutting the finished products are all in one line. 


The N95 mask production equipment has stable performance, high output, low defect rate and easy operation.
