Introduction to the puncher

The punching machine is completed by four major parts to complete the punching process. First, the material is moved to the scanning area of the automatic punching machine camera. After the camera scans the image, it processes and gives the control part signal. After the control part receives the signal, it further processes and controls the movement of the transmission part to make the punch X on the plane. The shaft and the Y-axis move, and after the completion of the movement, the pneumatic part starts to work, and the solenoid valve controls the cylinder to perform the punching action. The automatic punching machine prints the positioning hole, and the whole action is completed in one go, fast, accurate and high efficiency.
