After switching on, the alarm describes waiting for all axis to be reset, click on the Reset button to perform the reset and wait for the reset to complete.

Login: select permission and enter password to login, different levels of operation only have partial permission.

Start: it is used to start the manipulator separately in semi-automatic mode. Press once to start the manipulator once.

In fully automatic mode for starting the whole machine, automatic loading and unloading of the printing; for continuing the start-up procedure in abnormal situations such as negative pressure alarm for suction cups, safety grating alarm, alignment failure alarm, etc.

Stop right-squeegee/stop left-squeegee: in semi-automatic or automatic mode select whether the squeegee stops to the left or right. Manual mode allows for a single squeegee and ink return action.

Reset: for resetting the whole machine (the machine must be reset after power on).

Back: for resetting to the position to be activated when manual adjustment is completed or when the machine button is abnormal

Since vacuum/long vacuum:automatic vacuum is the automatic operation state automatically switch the table surface suction air to maintain negative pressure state, long-term vacuum is the table surface continuous suction air to maintain negative pressure state

Lift arm: switch the squeegee arm up or down, automatically lifts the squeegee arm when reset. The lifting arm needs to be lowered manually before starting.

Table fan on/off: switches the suction table fan on or off. Table fan turns on by itself when switching to semi-automatic or fully automatic

Alignment allowed/prohibited: select whether to perform alignment printing.

Alarm Dismiss: Alarm light and buzzer will be on at the same time when there is an alarm description, if there is a lack of material alarm, you can manually release the alarm and close the buzzer.

Manual loading of material: in manual mode, the trolley of the feeding platform is lowered to replenish the material manually, and then click to return to the working position

Manual mode: the screen printing machine interface can be executed with a single action of the button, the robot can be set up in the interface to move each motor axis and record the position

Semi-automatic mode: This mode separates the robot from the screen printing machine and allows the two parts to be run separately. Pressing the start button completes the process of picking up and feeding the material and removing the dust once, and pressing the green single print button on the side allows printing once.

Fully automatic mode: Pressing the start button automatically completes the entire loading and unloading and printing process.

Manipulator running speed: click on the sliding bar, the larger the number the faster the manipulator.

Current output: The display box shows the printing output and the zero button at the back of the display box clears the output.

Adding Ink/screen washing: This box shows how many impressions are left before the screen washing/inking stop is set.
