This sheet to sheet automatic CCD alignment die cutting machine is suitable for PC,PET,FPC, adhesive stickers, etc.
Process Introduction
1. Put a stack of material onto the loader and the robot automatically loads material;
2. CCD automatic positionining and punching, CCD filed of view is adjustable according to the material size. CCD automatically calculates the spatial position of the material and the mold according to the marks on the material, and instructs the motor to control the movement of adjusting platform XYθ to rotate and automatically stamping.
3. The unloading robot automatically unloads material after punching.
