Screen printing is a type of machine that to use the basic principle that the ink on the area of pattern can be printed on substrate through the mesh and non-pattern area the ink can't through the mesh.

The main application advantages lie in the electronic processing industry, the silk screen logo of the printed circuit board, the logo of the instrument shell panel, the solder paste printing in the circuit board processing process, etc.

screen printer classification

Their differences and features as below:

1) Vertical screen printing machine

Mainly for high-precision printing, such as high-tech electronics industry, overprint multi-color, dot screen printing, etc. Compared with the clamshell screen printing machine, the efficiency is low, but the precision is high.

2) Clamshell screen printer

Mainly for the packaging industry, or partial UV printing, the efficiency is high, but the accuracy is lower than that of the vertical screen printing machine.

3) Four-post screen press

Mainly for industries with a large area, such as decoration, large glass and other industries.

4) Special screen printer for electronics industry

It's perfect for flexible circuits, membrane switch, automotive, panels, graphic overlay, etc printed electronics

5) Curve screen printing machine

Mainly used for the printing of cylindrical and semi-circular products. The printing action adopts the machine head fixed type, and the screen plate is printed left and right.

6) Fully-auto screen press

It is roll and sheet printing for soft materials such as PET, PP, PC, PE, etc. It is completed by feeding, printing and drying in one process, which is the best choice for mass production.
